Quality Assurance
A specialist will be assigned to estimate the work you need and you will be provided with a written proposal. Any necessary or optional changes made during the job will require your approval. Upon job completion, you will be provided with a lien waiver and warranty in writing. In addition to ensuring that each project progresses acceptably throughout, we ask our clients to fill out a brief Certification of Completion form and a brief Customer Survey, rating aspects of the project. These are used to ensure and improve the quality of our services.
Safety Compliance
Safety is a primary focus for all our projects. Our company surpasses commercial contractor OSHA requirements. Our crews fulfill regular in-house safety courses, safety evaluations as well as customer required safety courses due to individual needs of today's commercial environment. It is mandatory that our trucks carry the company Safety Manual which contains Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for every product we bring to any project site. We mandate that our crews comply with the MSDS requirements. In addition, we are competent to identify and work with hazardous materials such as Asbestos (ACM), and determine and comply with Site Safety Plan needs. We are fully insured for Liability, Workman's Compensation and Vehicle for your protection.
Skilled and Experienced Labor
We have many crews, each excelling in it's own field. Our roofers focus on roofing, our siders focus on siding, our tuckpointers focus on tuckpointing, etc. Each crew undergoes training in their own field of expertise and takes additional training in other areas, particularly, those areas where projects require interaction with another crew.
Certified Specialists
We are members of the National Roofing Contractors Association, a preferred Contractor for manufacturers such as Owens Corning, GAF and CertainTeed, and we have been awarded ShingleMaster Crew Status by employing a Master Roofer Applicator-qualified workforce.

John Beal Inc. is an Insurance Claim Specialist corporation. Our staff is specially trained with storm damage claims. We will assist you and provide you with the best possible information available.
